Returns

We want you to love your Velmont piece. Unused, non-personalized items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Personalized items

Items with custom engraving are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Reach out through our contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
